Officials: Train hits box truck in Coweta County, one dead
It happened on Highway 29 N near Walt Sanders Road around 3 p.m. Friday. Coweta County Sheriff's Office said the accident one person was killed in the crash.
The train conductor was injured in the crash and taken to Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Tomylanier Ashley, a Jonesboro man in his late 40s, died after his box delivery truck was struck by an oncoming train, according to Coweta County Coroner Richard Hawk.
