Luis Fernando Carmona, 16; and siblings Huerta Denise Ramos, 9, and Angel Jesus Huerta, 4, were killed shortly before 9 a.m. on Highway 332 at the intersection with Talmo Road, according to a police report.

Police say the driver of the SUV they were in reportedly pulled in front of an oncoming pickup on Belmont Highway.
