Buford Dam Road was blocked at about 7:35 a.m. Nov. 16 east of Sweetwater Drive after a 21-year-old man driving a 2001 Chevrolet Express van owned by the Georgia Department of Corrections struck a 2012 Nissan Versa, according to Georgia State Patrol Assistant Post 37 Commander Sgt. Curtis Bradshaw Jr.
