Cement truck runs red light, overturns on car

On Wednesday afternoon the driver of a cement truck ran a red light, then overturned and caused an accident in the process that damaged a vehicle on North Decatur Road. The truck hit a car that was turning from Superior Avenue to North Decatur Road.
