The truck driver, Charles Littrell, 26, of Harrogate, Tenn., did not suffer any noted injuries, Coleman said. There are no charges at this point.

A Gainesville Realtor died Tuesday after an auto accident on Ga. 365. Nola “Erice” Johnson, 78, was killed after a tractor-trailer collided with her car as it pulled out from Jaemor Farms Road after 5 p.m. Tuesday. Both suffered injuries and were transferred to Northeast Georgia Medical Center. Erice Johnson died after arriving at the hospital. Hospital officials said William Johnson was in fair condition as of Wednesday afternoon.
