A man was struck and killed Saturday morning after he got out of the passenger side of a vehicle in Sandy Springs.
A man was struck and killed Saturday morning after he got out of the passenger side of a vehicle in Sandy Springs. According to authorities, 24-year-old Devon Baxley, of Marietta, was killed when he got out of the vehicle on I-285 West at New Northside Drive. Police say the driver of the vehicle that struck Baxley was not charged. However, the driver of the vehicle that Baxley left, 30-year-old Sara Anderson, was charged with DUI and taken to Fulton County jail.

I don't believe the story that was told,Devon loved Life and would have never went out like that,everyone knows how he was. There is more to the story and I will get to the bottom of it. If it takes me till my dying day. My "Booger" deserves that and would expect no less of me.

Devon still comes to my mind to this day.
