Convicted felon Gregory Lamar Daniels, 23, rolls stolen vehicle on exit 22 from Interstate 75 in Valdosta, Georgia

MOULTRIE, Ga. 'A convicted felon is behind bars after fleeing the scene of an accident involving a stolen vehicle. On Thursday afternoon, a small pickup truck was exiting I-75 southbound at Exit 22 when it failed to maintain its lane. He has since been charged with felony theft by receiving, felony possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, felony possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, driving while unlicensed, failure to maintain lane, too fast for conditions, and leaving the scene of an accident. Later, 23-year-old Gregory Lamar Daniels of Moultrie was brought back to the scene and identified. The vehicle was reported stolen.
