Man Killed in Valdosta Moped Accident

VALDOSTA, Ga. -- The Valdosta Police Department says a man is dead following a moped accident Wednesday. According to officers, the accident involving a moped and a pickup truck occurred around 3:30 p.m. VPD says 61-year-old David Butler was driving the moped and was taken to South Georgia Medical Center where he later died from his injuries.
