Man, child in critical condition following car crash

An Ewa beach man and boy, 30 and 7, are in critical condition following a car crash that happened on the H-1 early Sunday morning. The incident occurred around 3:45 a.m. and police say alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash. Police report that the driver and his passenger were traveling eastbound on the H-1 freeway when the man lost control of the vehicle and struck the concrete median and overturned. It is unknown at this time if speed was a contributing factor in the crash. This incident is still under investigation.
