SANGAMON COUNTY – Illinois State Police report troopers were on the scene of a two vehicle crash Saturday night that left one car in a field. The crash involved two vehicles and took place on Saturday, May 14, at 10:37 PM. One driver told authorities he struck a guardrail in order to avoid another motorist who, according to him, was driving erratically.
