Illinois State Police say Kevin J. Clover, 19, of DuQuoin, was headed northbound in a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt on Eden Road at Pearce Lane when he lost control of the car, spun out and was struck on the passenger side of his car by a 2013 Volkswagen Passat driven by Cale L. Wine, 25, of Coulterville.
