A van hit an icy patch and slid into oncoming traffic smashing into a pickup truck head on.
The coroner pronounced a 23 year-old man who was a passenger in that van dead on the scene.

Robert C. Loouveau, 23, of Addieville was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, according to a news release from Washington County Coroner Mark S. Styninger.
