According to a state police report, at 1:55 p.m., a 2005 Cadillac sedan turned left onto westbound I-72 from an emergency-vehicle turnaround area in the median in front of a 1996 Ford pickup truck driven by Aaron Walker, 40, of Monticello.
Victim identified in deadly crash
John L. Rayburn, 96, was pronounced dead at Carle Foundation Hospital on Monday following the crash earlier that day.
