According to an Illinois State Police District 11 press release, at 3:04 p.m. Saturday Morgan was driving a 2002 Isuzu south on I-255 at Interstate 270 eastbound. She lost control of the vehicle and crossed the center median into northbound traffic, colliding head-on with a 2017 Ram pickup driven by an unidentified man.
