A 66-year-old man was killed, and five people were injured Monday evening, in a crash following a police chase in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood. A Pontiac Bonneville struck at least two other vehicles after fleeing a traffic stop in the Greater Grand Crossing neighborhood. Police said officers pulled over a Pontiac Bonneville for a routine traffic stop around 7:30 p.m. in the 7500 block of South Saint Lawrence Avenue. The 66-year-old man was taken to John H. Stroger Jr. The driver of the Bonneville was taken to Saint Bernard Hospital, where he was treated and released into police custody.
