Our family is still in shock over the ignorance of human being getting behind the wheel basically with a loaded weapon and an intent to kill another human being which was our loved one Mark A.Cipolla

When the articles were first posted both thugs that killed my brother Mark A Cipolla both had prior charges for driving while intoxicated including other charges( which i don't see in any articals anymore) Lopez in the last few months and Davis just 11 days prior the incident was freed with posting $100 bond and drivers license with Joilet ... Really that's it!! Nice job Joliet!! Not to mention they didnt even have the common decency to notify my mother of the accident that her son had passed. She got a call from the corners office and finding out details online was a great way to here how your child/ brother dies. Another nice job Joilet!! I can bet that Lopez and Davis have no remorse for what they've done since being that they already have several records with the law at the ages of only 18 and 21 years of age!! There's a lot of people and reason's that's to blame but it won't bring my brother back. I certainly don't have much faith in our court systems but I hope the one responsible for killing an innocent bystander gets what he deserves!

Thank God we were able to give Mark attribute to his life with the dignity of a ten gun salute and proud soldier's in which were strangers still respected his life even in death , so his mother could e handed the American flag by a young man on one knee. With such Grace and dignity. The soldier's gave us back some faith Love and peace in the human race, which ironically we had lost with the way Mark's life had been so tragically taken away from us!!! Thank God for Military unconditional love and respect for other own We all should take a lesson in such Honor with the highest regard!! The Cipolla Family truly thanks all of you!!! We wouldn't have made it without your truly honored help. Now maybe we can have such faith in our court system to give us just ad much faith in truly doing the right thing by taking very strong action on the complete ignorant people who without any regard for human life. Would had chose not to drive under the influence. That's why we know don't give a damn about any one else's life .Now Mark is killed tragically and they walk. Let there be swift justice .Thank you for listening!!!
