One killed in Joliet Township collision
The man was traveling east on Route 30 when a Buick Enclave driving the other direction crossed into the eastbound lane, hitting his Ford F-150 pickup truck at 2000 E. Cass St., about a half mile east of Hillcrest Road, Illinois State Police Sgt. Jim Powell said.
A man was driving on Route 30 when another vehicle crossed into the oncoming lane and struck his vehicle head-on. The man was pronounced dead soon after. Three occupants of the other vehicle were taken to a local hospital with injuries deemed non-life threatening.
