Janeka Hicks, 26, of the 13900 block of Central Park in Robbins was driving the Dodge Charger and was hit head-on by the Camaro as she drove northbound on 136th Street near Pulaski Road.
One witness told the Chicago Tribune that Hicks’ 4-month-old daughter was pulled from the back seat of the Charger as it caught fire.
