Carrier Mills woman killed in crash

Both lanes of traffic were closed while the crash was investigated.
Musgraves was traveling north on Illinois 145 when her vehicle lost traction on a patch of ice, departed the roadway, and rolled. By 6:00am, she was pronounced dead by the coroner's office.
