Man injured in motorcycle accident

Joshua R. James, 37, was traveling westbound on Kimzey Road in Tamaroa about 10:08 p.m. when his Harley-Davidson motorcycle left the roadway on a sloping curve.
Joshua R. James was riding his motorcycle on Kimzey Road when he lost control of his vehicle on a sloping curve. He was taken to a local hospital, and his motorcycle sustained major damage. James was charged with a DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and operating an uninsured vehicle.
