Troopers said Evans and Holcomb were travelling in a Chevrolet Cavalier when a Ford Windstar, driven by Mireya Maldonado, 19, of Chicago, attempted to pass the vehicle and lost control sideswiping Evan and Holcomb’s vehicle, troopers said. The Cavalier rolled at least once and both Evans and Holcomb were ejected from the vehicle.
