Perry Coffelt, 50, Eric Hoffman, 19, and Savannah Labenz, 19, killed in single-vehicle car accident in Columbia City, Indiana

Three people died when the vehicle they were in went off the road, traveled down and an embankment, and rolled over. It is not yet known what caused the vehicle driven by Perry Coffelt of Columbia City to leave the road about 11 p.m. Friday night. The other two victims were identified as 19-year-old Eric Hoffman of Columbia City and and 19-year-old Savannah Labenz of Churubusco. A third passenger, Breanna K. Waugh, 19, of Columbia City, received minor injuries and was taken to a Fort Wayne hospital.
