Woman dies after skydiving incident in Johnson Co.
Coroner Craig Lutz identified the woman as 54-year-old Teresa Woods, of Martinsville. Lutz also ruled her death an accident and said there were no signs of foul play. He said he’s now working with the Federal Aviation Administration to figure out what went wrong during Woods’ jump.
