Teen in critical condition after being struck by hit and run driver Posted: Updated: A teenager walking with a group of friends along a Decatur Township street was struck and critically injured Sunday night. The accident happened just before 9:00 PM in the 3400 block of Foltz Street, near Decatur Elementary School. A pickup truck was traveling south on Foltz St.when it swerved and hit the teen, according to an Indianapolis police spokesman. The driver then left the scene of the accident.The victim was transported to Riley Hospital for Children in critical condition. Police are looking for a white Ford pickup truck that is believed to be the vehicle involved in the hit and run.

Police said Monday morning that they had arrested 30-year-old Jessica McClellan for her involvement in the incident.
