The driver told police that he was heading south on MLK approaching 29th Street when an eastbound vehicle ran a red light at the intersection and forced the driver of the southbound vehicle off the road.
The southbound vehicle swerved into the southeast corner of the intersection where it struck the bus stop where the three men were sitting.
