Authorities were called to the 800 block of South Albany Street, just north of Delaware County Road 50-S, at 9 p.m., 911 dispatchers said. Dudley, Hahn and members of the sheriff’s department’s crash team were among those at the scene, along with Selma police and Liberty Township firefighters.

Hahn said after the scene investigation was completed, the vehicle – with the bodies still inside  – would be moved to a “controlled” setting, where the remains would be removed. Autopsies will be conducted at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital, likely on Monday.
