Scott Thomson, 55, killed, Tavious Jenkins, 31, suffers minor injuries, after a two vehicle collision at an intersection in Waterloo.

A Waterloo crash killed a Garwin man and injured another.

Emergency workers rushed to the intersection of West 6th Street and Commercial Street at about 1:30 p.m. Sunday.

Scott Thomson, 55, of Garwin turned into the path of 34-year-old Tavious Jenkins' pick-up. The pick-up pushed Thomson's vehicle into a utility pole.

The crash killed Thomson and left Jenkins with minor injuries.

Investigators are still looking into the cause.
