MUSCATINE, Iowa — A 4-year-old boy from Colarlville died after losing control of an ATV he was driving. The Iowa State Patrol says Lukas Thomas hit uneven ground and rolled over. The incident happened in the 1900 Block of Keokuk Avenue around 11:15 a.m. Authorities are still investigating how the crash happened. He later died in the hospital.
