I was at the seen of the accident , but because of parked cars I could not see who crossed the center line. I run to the seen and the driver of the car was  already out of the car and a lady was screaming at him. I walked Jose away and told him to stay calm untill police come and sort everything out. Jose kept saying ,..I am going to prison for murder. When the first Sheriff showed up he come up to me and Jose and said were you driving the car? looking at Jose. he replied Yes. the Sheriff said to him , have you been drinking? he replied No, I just come from work.. then he went on to say ,..When I looked up , the bike was right in front of me. I never asked why he has looking down , or if he had crossed the center line. I left my grandson on the other side of the road alone so i then left to find him. any questions call me at 713-560-0282 Doug Thompson
