Hoyt firefighters involved in fatal rollover accident
The Kansas Highway Patrol reports a Hoyt firetruck was northbound on Highway 75, south of 174th Road just before 5 p.m. when it blew a tire, causing the vehicle to leave the roadway to the left and crossing the median. The truck crossed the southbound lanes of traffic, striking an embankment and overturning.
