2 hospitalized in 5-vehicle wreck near S.W. 21st and Washburn

Several people are sitting on concrete retaining walls in 1600 block of S.W. 21st. The next vehicle, which is straddling the right and left eastbound lane, is the GMC Sierra. It also lost its bumper Next one in front of it is the minivan, with it sitting in the left lane. A five-vehicle accident occurred just west of S.W. 21st and Washburn on Thursday morning in the eastbound lanes on 21st, and two people were transported to a local hospital by American Medical Response ambulance. Eastbound traffic on 21st is being diverted in between S.W. MacVicar and Washburn.
