Semi crashes into minivan, toll booth near Wellington
It happened at the Southern Terminal of the Kansas Turnpike south of Wellington at around 3:00 am.
The toll booth is on its side.
A trooper tells us a minivan was getting a toll ticket at the booth when it was struck from behind by the semi. Troopers do not know how fast the semi was going at the time.
