Teen hurt in Garden City crash
Police say 14-year-old Tomas Lacost-Nevarez and a friend were riding their bicycles westbound on the sidewalk of Kansas Ave. As they approached the intersection of Campus Dr. and Kansas Ave, the friend stopped on the sidewalk but Lacost-Nevarez continued into the street on Campus Dr.
