The bodies of two men were recovered from a car that police said drove through a fence and crashed into the water where the Ohio and Licking rivers meet.

Covington Police Lt. Col. Brian Valenti said the car was traveling down Riverside Drive when it went through a stop sign, over a sidewalk and through a fence into the river.
