Maxwell Detzel, 22, was traveling northbound on Dixie Highway when he crossed the center line into the southbound lanes. Detzel struck a 2007 Dodge Magnum but continued northbound in the southbound lanes and struck another vehicle, a Honda Civic driven by Joshua Ray.
