Their preliminary investigation showed that a male driver, who has not yet been positively identified, was driving a Ford pickup truck west on Caledonia Road when the truck crossed the center line for some reason. It collided with an eastbound Nissan pickup driven by 37-year-old Kendra D. Johnson of Cadiz.
