Pedestrian, 67, killed trying to cross busy Covington highway
Officers determined that Voss was trying to cross three westbound lanes of the highway from the right side near Sunshine Avenue. As he entered the far left lane, he was hit by a 2007 Chevrolet Tahoe driven by a 22-year-old Abita Springswoman.
