State police say one man has died and another man seriously injured in St. John the Baptist Parish crash.
The accident happened just before 8 p.m. Sunday on La. Highway 44 in Garyville.
Trooper Evan Harrell says 21-year-old Leroy Noble, of Reserve, died when the car he was riding in ran off the road and hit a tree. Harrell says Noble and the car's driver, 22-year-old Torian William, also of Reserve, were ejected from the vehicle.
William is being treated at St. Elizabeth's Hospital. The accident remains under investigation.
