I-10 westbound remains closed in Metairie; at least 6 vehicles involved in fatal crash
According to Joe Greco, director of the East Bank Consolidated Fire Department, one person was killed and two more injured when at least six vehicles crashed on I-10 westbound before the Veterans Boulevard exit. The crash involved at least three cars, a produce delivery truck, an oxygen tanker and an 18-wheeler.
