Farmington police say Tacy Taylor crossed center line in fatal collision

FARMINGTON —  Farmington Police say the reason a vehicle crossed the line and collided with a fuel truck Tuesday evening on the Farmington Falls Road is still unknown. Tuesday on the Farmington Falls Road, Farmington Police Chief Jack Peck said. She crossed the center line in to the westbound lane and struck a Dead River Company oil tanker head-on, he said. The driver of this  2003 Ford Windstar was killed in a head-on collision with a Dead River Co. fuel tanker Tuesday evening on the Farmington Falls Road. The 2007 Freightliner fuel truck was driven by Daniel Reville, 26, of Farmington.
