Woman Taken By LifeFlight From Scene of 4-Vehicle Crash in Windsor

Deputies say a pickup driven by 18-year-old Alexander Achorn of Nobleboro drifted across the road and struck a car. A four vehicle crash in Windsor sent a Waldoboro woman to a hospital. The pickup then struck two other cars, one driven by 49-year-old Andrea Severson who was flown to a Lewiston hospital with severe injuries. It happened around 6:30 Tuesday morning on Route 17 west of Route 32. She’s since been transferred to a Portland hospital where she’s in satisfactory condition.
