I witnessed this accident but was about two miles up. I tried to get the driver to stop by blowing my horn and moving three lanes over to avoid the driver. The driver coming south in northbound was moving faster and faster.  What should a witness do?

Hi Deberry, Please contact the local law enforcement agency who would have responded to this crash, and let them know that you may have information that would help their investigation. Often when a crash occurs on a major freeway, the state patrol would respond to the site. And thank you for caring and trying to help. Ingrid, Accident Data Center

Ok will do.

I left my email in this as my name so if anyone can help that'd be greatly appreciated... my aunt was sadly the cause of this accident but that's not why I'm writing this. I'm writing this because I've been plagued with visions fir a long time and since the accident I've seen the other woman who killed no one has ever said who she is but I've seen her I know what she looks like she is colored older maybe my aunts age not quite sure but I'd just like to know who she is an offer my condole nces and greatest sympathy. ..
