The driver of the Taurus was taken to Franklin Square Hospital where he was later pronounced dead. He has been identified as 87-year-old Mario Anthony Silvestri.

According to Baltimore County Police, a crash just after 9 a.m. in the 12600 block on Belair Road left one person dead and another injured. One person died at the hospital. The secon was taken to Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center with injuries that are believed to be non-life-threatening. We'll update this story as more information becomes available.
