Multi-Car Crash Shuts Down NB Lanes Of I-95 InBaltimore

A multi-car collision shuts down traffic along northbound I-95 in Baltimore. MDTA Police and city fire officials are on the scene just prior to the Caton Avenue exit. Investigators are looking into a crash involving seven vehicles.
