Police: 2 Baltimore teens die in crash of stolen vehicle
Both teens were passengers, with one seated in the front of the car and one in the back. According to police the 16-year-old male driver was not injured but was transported to a hospital as a precautionary measure and the fourth occupant of the car, a 13-year-old, was treated for lacerations.
Investigators say the crash took place around 11:50 p.m. after officers spotted the vehicle, identified it as one reported stolen earlier that morning and attempted to make a traffic stop in a marked patrol vehicle.

The driver, another 16-year-old boy, was not injured but was taken to a hospital as a precaution, police said. Another 13-year-old boy who was a passenger was hospitalized with lacerations and other injuries that were not expected to be life-threatening, according to police.
Police identified the victims as Cornell Gilbert, 16, and Syiid Brinkley, 13, both of Baltimore.
