A two-vehicle collision killed one man on Sunday afternoon in Carroll County at around 3:00 p.m. on Rt. 32 (Sykesville Road) north of Lakeland Drive in Finksburg. A 67-year-old woman was driving south on Sykesville Road in her Nissan Altima, when she crossed the center line and hit a Ford Ranger head-on.Boris Guozovsky, of Eldersburg, a passenger inside the Nissan, was pronounced deceased at the crash site. The crash is being investigated.
