3 Children, Uncle Dead After Accident In Cecil County
Cecil County Sheriff’s Department and family members confirmed the three siblings–Nolan, 4, Talen, 9, and Ciersten, 10–were killed. Their uncle, Anthony Shackelford, 34, of Stoney Chase Drive in Elkton was in the front passenger seat and died at the scene.
