An icy road caused a driver in Perryville to crash into a CSX train early Thursday morning, the Cecil County Sheriff's Office reported. The driver, later identified as Patti Pucci 18, was flown to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore with unknown injuries after the crash, which was reported at 6:55 a.m. at the Jackson Station Road crossing just outside the town of Perryville, Sheriff's Office spokesman Lt.
