Brothers added that investigators believe the Jeep’s driver knew that the 17-year-old was hanging on the car and the vehicle was not traveling fast.
Anne Arundel County police are investigating an accident that left a 17-year-old boy in critical condition after falling and hitting his head Saturday evening. The teen has life-threatening injuries after hitting his head on the ground in the parking lot of a fast food restaurant in Severna Park. Authorities are not releasing the name of the teen. An employee of Chick-fil-A was reversing his Jeep in the Ritchie Highway parking lot, when the teen, who also works at the restaurant, jumped onto the side of the vehicle, and then fell off and struck his head on the pavement.
