The Baltimore-Washington Parkway’s northbound lanes will be closed for the next several hours while authorities investigate a crash involving a vehicle and a National Park Service contractor operating a mower, officials said.

Edmonds, of Annandale, Virginia, was an employee of Davey Commercial Landscape Service, a contractor for the National Park Service, police said.
